Located on the historic Freisman Dairy grounds at CrossWinds Church in Livermore, Goodness Village is a warm community of 28 single-occupancy micro-homes. Designed for privacy, safety, and rest, each tiny home provides a peaceful sanctuary where neighbors can decompress and focus on rebuilding their lives.
Each 160-square-foot home—measuring 8 by 20 feet with soaring 13.5-foot ceilings—is fully equipped with a private restroom and shower, a functional kitchenette, year-round heating and air conditioning, and a front porch for relaxing and connecting with neighbors.
Every home is state-certified and built to strict quality codes, creating a safe, attractive community our neighbors and the broader Tri-Valley can be proud of.
Joining Goodness Village is simple and low-barrier. Prospective neighbors complete a short application, a relational interview, and standard background checks to keep our community safe for everyone. 8 of our 28 homes are also fully ADA-accessible to ensure neighbors of all physical abilities have a place to call home.
