The Adopt a Tiny Home program is an annual sponsorship membership for local businesses, service clubs, faith communities, and community organizations looking to make a direct, tangible difference in Livermore. Your $5,000 annual commitment directly sustains annual Village operations, essential maintenance, case management, and supportive service programming—while offering your group unique, hands-on opportunities to welcome and support our neighbors.

Essential Operations & Support
Directly funds case management, life-skills programming, annual Village maintenance, and wellness initiatives that help our neighbors thrive.
Personalized Welcome & Staging
Coordinate with Village staff prior to a new move-in to decorate/stage the home based on neighbor interests and assemble a custom move-in welcome basket.
Upkeep & Community Connection
Participate in hands-on garden care and minor home upkeep, alongside opportunities for direct rapport-building and joint Village activities where welcomed by the neighbor.

To honor and protect neighbor privacy, group photo opportunities and home staging take place exclusively prior to a new neighbor moving into the unit.

Our Housing Manager provides a simple, structured checklist (including laundry hamper, kitchen items, paper products, plunger, and cleaning supplies) so your group knows exactly what to include.

Neighbor autonomy and comfort are central to our model. Opportunities for rapport-building and joint activities take place where welcomed and opted into by the neighbor.
